Keyboardist / Pianist
Ryan Almario began taking classical piano lessons when he was six. By the time he reached his early teens Ryan playing pop and rock in high school and shortly landed his first professional gig with the Blue Repertory Philippines. While continuing his classical training at the University Of The Philippines Conservatory Of Music, he began learning the theories and skills playing jazz.
He continued his jazz studies at Berklee College Of Music under the instruction of Marc Rossi. He later on focused on Latin music and became the piano player for the accomplished Berklee Salsa Ensemble headed by Bernardo Hernandez.
Ryan Almario now performs with a variety of groups in and around the Metro Atlanta area. He is currently the keyboard player and vocalist for Atlanta's premier rock cover band Last Five Standing, the keyboardist for party bands US Beat and The Party Life Band, the pianist for the big band swing ensemble Capitol City Xpress, and is the pianist and guitarist at Unity North Atlanta Church.
Ryan is available for local session work or online custom keyboard tracks. Mr. Almario also excels as a sound designer for synthesizers. Some of the equipment that Ryan currently use include the Roland Fantom, Korg TR series, East West / Quantum Leap Pianos, and the Native Instruments Komplete Bundle which includes the Akoustik Piano, Elektrik Piano, and the B4 Hammond emulators. |
